Kindersteps

This class is a gentle introduction to ballet and basic dance steps. Circle spots and props are used in various ways to encourage our young dancers to discover the joy of movement and develop musicality. Parents may watch from the waiting room or leave and return for pick-up at the end of class. Toilet training is not necessary; however, if your child needs help using the bathroom, we ask you to say in the waiting area case she/he needs to go during class time.

Age

Ages 3-4

Attire

Girls: Black leotard with pink footed or convertible dance tights. No skirts or tutus allowed. Boys: White T-Shirt and black dance/athletic pants.

Hair

Hair must be tied back off of the face in a ponytail or bun.

Shoes

Girls: Pink leather ballet slippers. Boys: Black leather ballet slippers.
